As a decorated Naval veteran, experienced business leader & energy industry expert, Matt built his career on a foundation of detailed technical knowledge, project management & leadership skills. Working with Fortune 100 companies across the US, his career has included diverse professional experiences, all united by one thing: a commitment to service & excellence. His ultimate goal is to continually build GMT to new heights by cultivating a strong team, seek innovative solutions & strengthen the client relationship in every job. 

After spending 10 years in the US Air Force  working with petroleum, oil & lubricants, Matt attended Pittsburgh Technical Institute and received an Associates's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology with a focus in  Oil & Gas. Working for MarkWest/MPLX, he has held titles such as: Measurement Technician, Chromatography Technician & Advanced Measurement Specialist. He enjoys spending time with his wife & three kids, as well as fishing and golfing. 

A US Navy: Submarine Force veteran with a background in forensics & chemistry at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Brian has worked in the oil & gas industry for 11 years, starting with MarkWest/MPLX. Now as GMT's resident Gas Chromatograph expert, he provides a wealth of knowledge with the experience to back it up. He enjoys spending time with his wife & two kids, reading, fine-scale modeling & mechanical/electrical engineering projects.

Michele is a native Texan who brings a wealth of experience to GMT with a background of over 20 years as a controller in the office equipment industry, Michele possesses a wide range of expertise in various areas including human resources, payroll, accounting, management, & team leadership. At GMT, Michele intends to utilize her genuine enthusiasm & uplifting nature to create an empowering work environment, hoping to motivate & inspire others to reach their full potential. She treasures time with her children, grandchildren & two dogs, and finds solace in vacationing near the water.

Melissa's role includes estimating, scheduling, and overseeing the progression of current & new projects. She is also involved in the creation & implementation of new policies & procedures for the company. Melissa is new to the gas measurement field but brings years of experience overseeing projects in other fast-paced & critical industries. Melissa enjoys bringing a sense of order & integrity to her role and strives for unparalleled service to GMT clients. Melissa's interests include gaming, traveling, party planning, interior design, and spending time with her amazing husband & son.
